The Challenge

Zoom Courier, an ambitious startup in the Philippines logistics industry, set out to become the nation’s largest courier company powered by cutting-edge technology and a SaaS-based platform.

However, being in the early stages of growth, the company faced several challenges:

  • They neither had any internal technology team nor has any experience to plan and execute any such large system.

The objective was to develop a client-facing web platform that could automate all manual courier operations while enabling users to learn more about the company, book pick-ups, assign riders, and track packages in real-time.
